Why flat pricing

Per-vehicle pricing punishes a busy shop.

Fleet telematics tools charge for every vehicle they connect to, which is reasonable when you own the fleet and the cars never leave. You do not own these cars. They arrive Tuesday and leave Thursday, and next week there are forty different ones.

Per connected vehicle

Competitor rates shown are the published $18–24 per vehicle per month range for fleet tools like Standard Fleet; your quote may differ. The point is the shape of the curve, not the exact number. A shop that grows should not pay a tax for growing. The longer version is in GuestLot vs Standard Fleet, and if you are weighing a key cabinet instead, read GuestLot vs KeyTrak.

Both plans

What never costs extra.

  • Every advisor at the location. Seats are not a line item.
  • Every vehicle you check in. There is no connection fee.
  • Every AccessReceipt you send, forever.
  • The printable check-in kit and its QR signage.
  • Setup. You do it yourself in about ten minutes.
  • No setup fee, no contract, no per-text charge, no annual commitment.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered plainly

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 14-day trial starts without a card. You add billing through Stripe when you decide to keep it, and if you never add one the location simply stops at the end of the trial.

What counts as a location?

One physical address with one lot. Every advisor at that address is included at no extra cost, and so is every car you check in there. A second building is a second location.

Does the price change if I do more cars?

No. $179 covers a location that checks in four Teslas a month and a location that checks in a hundred. There is no per-vehicle fee, no per-connection fee, and no overage line.

Can I switch between Standard and Pro?

Yes, either direction, at any time. Stripe prorates the change on your next invoice. Shops usually start on Standard and move to Pro when they take on collision or mechanical work.

What happens to my receipts if I cancel?

Closed AccessReceipts stay readable at their existing links. They document a visit that already happened, so they do not disappear because a subscription ended. New check-ins stop at the end of the paid period.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

Neither. It is month to month, cancel anytime from your billing settings, and there is no onboarding charge. Setting up the first location takes about ten minutes and you do it yourself.

Anything else, email hello@guestlot.com or use the contact page.

Fourteen days. No card.

Open one location, check in one Tesla, and read the receipt. If it does not fit your shop, close the tab and you have spent nothing.
